About the Role
Are you a dynamic and consultative sales professional ready to make a real impact in the training and education sector? Qualitrain Ltd is seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our Business Development Team and help drive growth across our full portfolio of training programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Source learners and apprentices for funded and commercial training programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, job centres, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings and present tailored training solutions.
- Write compelling proposals and bids to win new business.
- Attend client development meetings and networking events.
- Promote Qualitrain via social media and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in Hubspot CRM and report weekly to the SMT.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B consultative sales, ideally in training or education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Bid writing and proposal development experience.
- Self‑motivated, confident, and charismatic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and online meeting platforms.
- CRM experience (Hubspot preferred).
