We’re expanding and looking for an experienced, motivated Trainer & Assessor to deliver outstanding Lean and Improvement Apprenticeship Programmes across the UK.

The Role – Shape Success

  • Deliver and assess high-impact programmes that drive real workplace change:
  • Lean Manufacturing Operative (Level 2)
  • Improvement Practitioner/Quality (Level 4)
  • You’ll be inspiring learners through a mix of remote delivery and on-site sessions at partner locations across the UK. Your guidance will help them build confidence, capability, and career progression.
  • What You’ll Be Doing

    • Deliver engaging training sessions (both online and face-to-face)
    • Assess learner work against qualification standards
    • Offer feedback and coaching to help learners grow and succeed
    • Maintain records and uphold quality and compliance standards
    • Champion learner progress and positive outcomes

    What You Bring

    • Proven experience in delivering improvement training, ideally within apprenticeships
    • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Sigma XL
    • Level 3 teaching qualification or willingness to gain one (we’ll support you)
    • Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
    • Confident in using Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • At least 2 years' relevant vocational experience

    • Assessor qualification (D32/33, A1, or TAQA)
    • Vocational qualifications above the delivery level
