In this role you drive performance assurance across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
You design and execute load, stress, and volume tests and work with development and architecture teams to ensure scalable, resilient applications.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance testing strategies and test plans
- Conduct load, stress, endurance, and volume testing
- Analyze results and recommend performance improvements
- Monitor applications with Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, and Dynatrace
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with developers and architects to resolve performance issues
- Key requirements
- Proven experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Load Runner, Gatling, or Eggplant Performance
- Experience testing cloud-based applications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of Performance Testing methodologies and NFRs
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Java Script
