We are looking for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in London. This role involves supporting and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and with minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Provide first-line technical support to employees (on-site and remote)
- Support network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls)
- Maintain IT documentation, asset inventories, and procedures
- Assist with cybersecurity measures, including endpoint protection and access control
- Escalate complex issues to senior administrators when required
Skills & Qualifications:
