QualitestGroup UK is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to selling our IT consulting services and solutions, leveraging excellent communication skills and sales techniques to meet and exceed targets. The role offers real progression in the world of Professional Services IT Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation – Identify and research potential clients through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, industry events) and generate qualified leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement – Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms, conduct needs assessments, understand client requirements, and present appropriate IT solutions.
- Sales Process Management – Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs, follow up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Relationship Building – Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Market & Product Knowledge – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors; maintain a deep understanding of our IT consultancy services and solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis – Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics; use CRM software to manage and document sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in tele sales.
- Genuine interest in technology and enthusiasm for progressing in sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
