Overview
The Digital Engineering Lead - EMEA will drive technology strategy, solution design, and innovation across digital transformation engagements. This leader will combine deep technical expertise with hands-on experience to architect, propose, and deliver modern digital solutions leveraging cloud-native, AI-infused, and engineering-first approaches. The role requires strong customer engagement skills - translating complex technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for complex digital transformation programs across multiple industries.
- Guide teams in building modern, scalable, and resilient applications using microservices, APIs, cloud-native, and event-driven architectures.
- Stay hands-on where needed - driving PoCs, design reviews, and solution validations.
Innovation And Gen AI Adoption
- Champion AI and Gen AI–driven engineering practices, embedding intelligent automation, code acceleration, and AI-based quality improvement across SDLC.
- Foster innovation by incubating new solution accelerators and reusable assets leveraging AI, ML, and automation.
Customer Engagement & Solutioning
- Lead technical solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation for RFPs, proactive pitches, and client pursuits.
- Present solutions confidently to customer architects, CIOs, and business leaders, demonstrating both technical excellence and business relevance.
