Foster innovation by incubating new solution accelerators and reusable assets leveraging AI, ML, and automation.
  • Customer Engagement & Solutioning: Lead technical solution design, estimation, and proposal preparation for RFPs, proactive pitches, and client pursuits. Present solutions confidently to customer architects, CIOs, and business leaders, demonstrating both technical excellence and business relevance. Partner with account and delivery teams to shape digital roadmaps and identify growth opportunities.
  • Delivery Oversight: Oversee architecture governance and ensure technology choices align with customer strategy and enterprise standards. Provide thought leadership and mentor delivery teams in applying modern engineering practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD, Cloud-native, API-first, etc.).
  • Practice & Capability Building: Build and scale digital engineering competency across North America – covering full-stack development, cloud modernization, and intelligent automation. Collaborate with global innovation and CoE teams to drive reusable frameworks, accelerators, and Gen AI enablers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in software engineering, digital solutioning, and technology leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in solution architecture, proposal response, and customer presentations for large digital transformation programs.
