As a SEND Teacher, you will work as part of an inclusive and ambitious team, supporting children with a range of additional needs, particularly Autism and Speech and Language difficulties. You will plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons, ensuring pupils make strong progress academically as well as in their personal, social, and emotional development.

You will create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment, maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning, and support pupils through the effective implementation of EHCP targets and behaviour plans. This role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a holistic approach to learning. You may also support children in the early stages of communication, using strategies such as PECS, Widgit Online, Intensive Interaction, and assistive communication devices, with training provided where needed.
