The Role – SEMH Mentor

We are looking for a dedicated SEMH Mentor to join a specialist SEMH school in Enfield. You will work with KS3 and KS4 pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, supporting their emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and academic engagement. The ideal SEMH Mentor will be patient, adaptable, and able to build strong, trusting relationships. Experience working with young people with SEMH, challenging behaviour, or from care/residential backgrounds would be highly desirable.
