Primary School Sports Coach – Haringey Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Full Academic Year Daily Rate: £105 + Overtime Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm (Occasional 5:30pm finish for after-school club cover) Are you passionate about sport, fitness, and inspiring the next generation? A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Haringey is seeking a dedicated Sports Coach to join their team from September for the full academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives on encouraging children to stay active, work as a team, and develop a lifelong love for sport. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging PE lessons and sports activities across KS1 and KS2. * Support with lunchtime play and lead structured games. * Occasionally lead after-school sports clubs (overtime paid). * Act as a positive role model and behaviour mentor throughout the school day. * Promote teamwork, discipline, and resilience through sport and personal conduct. The Ideal Candidate Will: * Have experience working with children, ideally in a school or coaching setting. * Hold a sports coaching qualification or similar (desirable). * Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and behaviour management skills. * Be reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping children succeed.
