Qualiteach are looking for a PMLD Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEN schools based in Barnet on a long-term, full-time basis. As a PMLD Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students aged 4–19 years old with profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs and sensory impairments. You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and therapists to deliver a personalised curriculum, utilising sensory activities, switches, and communication aids to engage students. An enhanced DBS on the update service and at least one year’s SEN experience is required.
This is a warm, inclusive SEN school in Barnet catering for pupils with severe and profound learning needs. The school provides excellent training and development, including regular CPD and opportunities to progress internally.
