Pastoral Teaching Assistant – The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Pastoral Teaching Assistant to provide emotional and wellbeing support across the school. You will work with children on a 1:1 and small group basis, delivering pastoral interventions, supporting behaviour management strategies, and liaising with staff and parents to ensure pupils feel supported both emotionally and academically.
