Pastoral Support Worker to work in Camden ASAP. The role of a Pastoral Support Worker is for an empathetic, observant and reliable individual who can support pupils aged 5-11 within a PRU setting. You will provide daily emotional support, monitor wellbeing, assist with behaviour interventions and help create a safe, supportive environment for pupils with SEMH needs. You will work closely with class teachers, behaviour mentors and safeguarding staff to ensure each child receives the care and guidance they need.
