Seeking a dedicated and proactive SEND Learning Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs and additional learning needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, adapt learning materials to meet individual EHCP targets and promote engagement within the classroom. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, encouraging independence and helping to maintain a structured, safe and positive learning environment where pupils can make sustained progress.
