One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant – Bromley – SEN / Alternative Provision – Β£95–£120 a day (depending on experience) – Full Time – Immediate Start

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN on a One-to-one basis required.

Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, autism or complex needs desirable.

Must be confident supporting behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement.

Required full time ASAP.

The Role – One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant:

  • Seeking a dedicated and resilient One-to-one SEN Teaching Assistant to provide individualised support to a pupil aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support learning engagement, emotional regulation and positive behaviour throughout the school day.
  • The role involves implementing behaviour support strategies, adapting tasks to meet individual needs and helping the pupil access learning within a safe, structured and supportive environment.
