The role requires providing consistent support throughout the school day, helping the pupil to regulate emotions, manage behaviour, and engage positively with learning. You will use de-escalation strategies, positive behaviour support, and, when necessary, your restraint training to ensure the safety of the pupil and others. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team to follow behaviour plans and implement tailored strategies. This is a full-time, long-term role with an ASAP start.
