The Role – KS3 SEN Teacher
Seeking an experienced KS3 SEN Teacher to join a specialist provision for pupils with complex learning, communication and social needs. You will lead a small, well-supported class of pupils with ASD, SLD and associated needs, delivering a highly personalised and engaging curriculum that promotes communication, independence and life skills. You will plan differentiated lessons, implement EHCP targets, collaborate closely with therapists and support staff and use structured visual approaches, assistive communication and sensory-based strategies to reduce anxiety and support regulation. The role includes contributing to behaviour support plans, progress assessments and multi-disciplinary reviews, while fostering a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can progress and thrive.

This Peckham based; a short walk from an overground station, is a well-regarded specialist secondary provision for pupils aged 11–19 with complex learning needs, including autism and severe learning difficulties.
