Learning Support Assistant required in Wandsworth to work full time in a Primary school starting in September. Must have experience working with children in an educational setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be required to work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of students, particularly children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or additional learning requirements. It is important that you have a positive, caring, and proactive approach to working with children. You will provide one-to-one or small group support to help students understand and complete tasks. One of your main responsibilities will be to monitor and record students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to individual learning plans.

The school consists of 276 pupils, aged 2 to 11 years old. The primary school is nestled in a beautiful building, established in 1907, right in the heart of the London Borough of Wandsworth. They believe in creating a safe, inclusive environment where the students feel valued, confident, and empowered to achieve their best.
