The Role – KS3 Teacher
Seeking a KS3 Teacher to deliver a primary-style curriculum within a specialist alternative provision. You will teach a small cohort across core subjects, using a nurturing, structured approach to boost engagement, routine and confidence. The role involves planning differentiated lessons, supporting literacy and numeracy and working closely with pastoral and behaviour teams to address social, emotional and academic needs. You will help pupils rebuild learning habits, make measurable progress and transition successfully into further education or training.
