The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 11–16 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work one-to-one and in small groups to support behaviour regulation, emotional wellbeing, and positive engagement in learning. The role includes supporting pupils in lessons and around the school, using de-escalation and restorative approaches, building trusted relationships, and working with staff to implement behaviour support plans to create a safe and supportive environment.
