As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with a child in Lower Key Stage 2, providing 1:1 support to help manage behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement with learning. You may also support small group interventions when required. You will implement behaviour strategies and individual behaviour plans, using consistent and positive approaches to support the child throughout the school day. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and pastoral team, you will monitor progress, record observations, and help create a calm, structured, and supportive learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term role starting ASAP.
