As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll support students aged 11–16 with social, emotional and behavioural needs, working closely with the pastoral team and teaching staff to manage behaviour and improve emotional regulation. You’ll work both 1:1 and with small groups, using mentoring, interventions and positive behaviour strategies to re-engage pupils in their learning.\\n\\nThe School – Behaviour Mentor\\n\\nThis SEMH secondary school in Westminster offers a nurturing, inclusive environment for students with social, emotional and mental health challenges.
