The Post β Behaviour Mentor
In this Behaviour Mentor role you will be required to support students with very challenging behaviour and some may also have specific learning difficulties. It is your job to manage behaviour within the learning environment and to ensure students are engaged and participating in lessons. You may be required to support students in the classroom however the majority of your role will entail taking students out of class and working on a one-to-one basis to improve behaviour for individual students.
