The role – Behaviour Mentor

A diverse and inclusive secondary school in Enfield is currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor to support students who display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional support. You will work closely with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, delivering targeted behaviour interventions and supporting students to remain engaged in learning. You will collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams, and SEN staff to promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
