The Role – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive SEMH school in Westminster on a full-time, long-term basis starting this September. As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll support students aged 11–16 with social, emotional and behavioural needs, working closely with the pastoral team and teaching staff to manage behaviour and improve emotional regulation. You’ll work both 1:1 and with small groups, using mentoring, interventions and positive behaviour strategies to re-engage pupils in their learning.
