The Role – Academic & SEN Mentor
A diverse and inclusive secondary school in the London Borough of Brent is seeking a committed Academic & SEN Mentor to join their team ASAP. In this role, you will:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group academic support
- Support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties
- Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour strategies
- Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral team, and subject teachers
- Help students develop confidence, independence, and engagement with learning
