As a 1:1 Year 6 Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a pupil who struggles with emotional regulation and may dysregulate during the school day. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to implement behaviour and emotional support strategies, helping the pupil to remain engaged in learning and manage transitions, triggers, and challenging moments. Your responsibilities will include providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day and implementing individual support and behaviour plans.
