About the role – 1:1 Teaching Assistant I am currently working with this secondary school based in Newham who are looking for an experienced 1:1 teaching assistant who is confident and comfortable working closely with a secondary aged student that has Autism. The ideal 1:1 teaching assistant will be caring, dedicated and committed; confident in supporting the child’s needs. The successful 1:1 Teaching Assistant will be able to build rapport well and become an excellent role model to the students around the school. About the school – 1:1 Teaching Assistant This all through school based in the inner London borough of Newham cater to students aged 3 to 16 of the local area. The school has a 43-acre site with impressive facilities in every phase and in every subject area.
