Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated support to a key child in Year 1, helping them access learning, follow routines, and develop socially and emotionally.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to implement support strategies, adapt learning activities, and encourage positive behaviour and engagement.
This role requires a calm and consistent approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting a child's individual needs both in and out of the classroom.
