The Role - Nurture Teacher
We are seeking a calm, patient and dedicated Nurture Teacher to support pupils with additional social, emotional and mental health needs. You will plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons within a nurturing and structured environment. The role involves developing pupils' confidence, resilience and independence while supporting their academic progress. You will work closely with colleagues and other professionals to identify and address barriers to learning. The successful Nurture Teacher will have excellent behaviour management skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
