Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a dedicated SENCO to lead the SEN department at a mixed secondary school in Little London, starting immediately. The ideal candidate will have teaching experience, be exceptionally organised, and possess the National Award in SEND co-ordination (NASENCO).
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering SEN and mainstream teaching while mentoring staff and supporting students' diverse needs. Exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice are essential for the position.
