Qualiteach Education Group is partnering with a specialist SEMH school in Wandsworth to recruit an SEMH Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. The role focuses on supporting pupils aged 11-16 with social, emotional and mental health needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group support, and helping students engage with learning.

You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour strategies, support emotional regulation, and use de-escalation techniques to promote positive behaviour.
