The predicted salary is between 23000 - 27000 Β£ per year.

Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a resilient SEMH LSA to support pupils aged 5-16 in a specialist SEMH setting in London Borough of Southwark.

You will work closely with teachers to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage in learning.

The role requires previous SEMH or behavioural needs experience, strong behaviour management, and the ability to promote wellbeing in a supportive classroom.
