Seeking a resilient and engaging PRU Teacher to support pupils aged 11-16 within an alternative provision setting. You will teach small classes, deliver a differentiated and engaging curriculum and support pupils who may present with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs and disrupted educational backgrounds. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation and creating a structured, positive and supportive learning environment where pupils can re-engage with education and make progress.
This pupil referral unit is located in the London Borough of Lewisham and is within walking distance of a nearby London Overground station. The provision supports pupils who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education, offering personalised learning, strong behaviour support and clear reintegration pathways.
