About the role - Pastoral Teaching Assistant

I am currently working with this mainstream secondary school who are looking to appoint a pastoral teaching assistant to start with them in September. The school are looking for someone who can work with vulnerable students and support them when necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for the wellbeing of students in Years 7 to 11, where they will be dealing with sensitive situations and managing behaviour accordingly. The right candidate will join the school on a full-time, long term basis starting as soon as possible.
