A dedicated Pastoral Support Mentor is needed in Islington to support KS3/KS4 students with pastoral and behavioural needs. The role is long-term and starts ASAP after half term, working within a mainstream secondary school.
You will provide one-to-one and small-group support to help students manage behaviour, improve wellbeing and stay engaged in education, collaborating with staff to implement strategies and interventions.
