Qualiteach Education Group is recruiting a compassionate Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with complex needs in a specialist SEN setting in Richmond upon Thames. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and healthcare staff to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group assistance and help learners access the curriculum.

The role requires experience with complex SEND, including autism, PMLD, SLD or related needs, and involves support with communication and personal care.
