The Role – Behaviour Lead

Qualiteach is looking for a Behaviour Lead to join one of our PRUs based in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. As a Behaviour Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing behaviour strategies across the provision, supporting staff with behaviour management, and working closely with students who display challenging behaviour. You will also liaise with SLT, parents, and external agencies to ensure students receive consistent support.
