Seeking an organised and professional Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a busy secondary school office supporting pupils aged 11-18. You will be responsible for handling reception duties, answering telephone and email enquiries, maintaining accurate pupil records, processing attendance, supporting admissions, liaising with parents and visitors and providing administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff.
The ideal candidate will be confident using Microsoft Office and school management systems, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
