You will support pupils with additional needs on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping with emotional wellbeing, behaviour management, and engagement in learning.
Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO, you’ll build strong relationships, adapt approaches, and help pupils access learning, contributing to an inclusive school culture.
