The predicted salary is between 23000 - 27000 £ per year.

A SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant is required to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist setting. The role involves:

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism and social, emotional and mental health needs.
  • Implementing behaviour support strategies.
  • Promoting emotional regulation.
  • Encouraging independence within a structured and nurturing environment.

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or SEMH needs is required, and experience working within a specialist setting is desirable. Candidates must be confident in supporting behaviour, communication, and learning.
