A Pastoral Behaviour Assistant is required for a SEMH School in Greenwich, offering £100-£120 a day depending on experience. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.
Previous experience supporting behaviour and pastoral needs in a school setting is required. Experience working with SEMH pupils or those exhibiting challenging behaviour is desirable. Candidates must be confident in behaviour management, de-escalation techniques, and pupil interventions.
