A resilient and proactive HLTA is sought to support pupils aged 5-16 within a specialist SEMH setting. You will work closely with teachers and senior leaders to deliver targeted interventions, provide classroom support, and lead lessons in the absence of teaching staff.

The role involves:

  • Supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Implementing behaviour strategies
  • Monitoring progress
  • Helping to create a structured and engaging learning environment

Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships are essential.
