Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a patient SEN Teaching Assistant in Croydon to support pupils aged 4-19 in a specialist setting. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and support staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and making progress towards EHCP outcomes.

The role involves assisting pupils with autism, severe learning difficulties and complex needs, promoting independence, positive behaviour and a structured, inclusive learning environment.
