Qualiteach Education Group’s client in Redbridge is seeking a Behaviour Manager to lead behaviour support and pastoral care in a mainstream primary setting.

The role is full-time with immediate start, guiding strategies to improve pupil outcomes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with school leaders, SENCO, teachers, parents, and external agencies to implement behaviour plans, monitor attendance, and deliver targeted interventions for pupils with SEMH, ASD and ADHD.
