The Role - Behaviour Manager
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Manager to join one of our PRUs based in Harrow on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Behaviour Manager, you will be responsible for managing student behaviour across the school, implementing behaviour strategies, and supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour. You will work closely with staff to create a positive learning environment and provide 1:1 and small group interventions to support students' emotional and behavioural development.
