Qualiteach Education Group is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour HLTA to support 11-16 year olds with SEMH in a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. The role involves leading lessons when required, delivering targeted interventions and implementing behaviour strategies alongside teachers and pastoral staff.
You will help re-engage pupils with education, de-escalation techniques, emotional regulation support, and act as a positive role model, with a daily rate of £120-£150.
