SEMH Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth - SEMH School - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start
Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs required. Experience working in a SEMH school, PRU or alternative provision desirable. Must be confident supporting behaviour, emotional regulation and learning.

The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant
Seeking a patient and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting in Tooting. You will work alongside teachers, pastoral staff and the wider support team to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils manage their emotions, improve behaviour and access learning. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, supporting emotional regulation, using de-escalation techniques and encouraging pupils to develop the confidence and resilience needed to re-engage with education.
