The Role:

Seeking an experienced and proactive School Business Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of the school's business functions. You will be responsible for finance, budgeting and procurement, HR processes, premises management, health and safety, contracts and compliance. Working closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership team, you will contribute to long-term financial planning, efficient resource management and whole-school improvement, ensuring the school operates smoothly and sustainably to support positive outcomes for pupils.

Meadow High School is a large, well-established special school in the London Borough of Hillingdon, supporting pupils aged 11-19 with a range of special educational needs including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism and complex needs.
