The RoleQualiteach are seeking an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon on a full-time, long-term basis. In this role, you will work closely with one student, providing personalised academic and emotional support throughout the school day. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, and proactive, with strong behaviour management skills. An enhanced DBS on the update service and Team Teach or de-escalation training are highly desirable.
